 > I primed that backside of the rear spar brackets & plates with rattle can primer from NAPA autoparts.  Breaking out the 2 part primer and spray gun just isn't worth the effort.  Beside, the final assembly itself will have a coat of primer as well.  That's my 2 cents!  FWIW I paid $7.32 for the rattle can primer.  This is not a low cost alternative for major priming efforts.

 > I drilled the holds that attach the main ribs to the forward and rear spars.

 > I used to die grinders to do most of the deburring on the wing ribs.  One die grinder has a Scotch Brite wheel in it while the other has a homemade Scotch Brite pad.  What I do is take a sandpaper drum, wrap a folded over Scotch Brite pad around it, and use a zip tie to keep it in place.  It usually last for 2 to 3 ribs before I need to put a new one on.  PS: Don't forget to wear safety goggles.
