These photos provide the details associates with the construction of the slow build wing of the Vans 9A.
I used to die grinders to do most of the deburring on the wing ribs. One die grinder has a Scotch Brite wheel in it while the other has a homemade Scotch Brite pad. What I do is take a sandpaper drum, wrap a folded over Scotch Brite pad around it, and use a zip tie to keep it in place. It usually last for 2 to 3 ribs before I need to put a new one on. PS: Don't forget to wear safety goggles.
