Airplane Building - Wings
These photos provide the details associates with the construction of the slow build wing of the Vans 9A.

 > This is the "jig" I used to drill the holes that will be used to run wiring through the wing.  I'm drilling holes that will hold rubber grommets.

If you've looked at the the album for the tail kit you may recall that I had a paint booth that I used to prime.  i decided to make a change and this time I created a paint booth that occupies one half of the garage and opens to the outside.  This was accomplished through the use of a tarp or two, some 2X4s and some plastic sheeting.  Several photos follow.

 > Here you can see a condensation trap.  I don't think I've every had any water in the line.  I tend to prime during periods of relatively dry weather.
