A Little About Myself --
I live in El Paso, Texas, which is an amazing community along the U.S./Mexican border. Besides the best food, we have some of the best folks, and a culture and history that is colorful, wonderful and distinctly ours.

My Professional Background --
I first discovered my love of photography while in college. I spent nearly 25 years in Broadcast Journalism. It was during my career that I was able to exercise and hone many of the skills that are critical in the art and science of photography. Along the way I have been very fortunate to have had my work recognized by local and national journalism organizations. My work has been honored with nearly 100 awards. Included are numerous citations from the both the Texas and New Mexico Associated Press organizations. In 1991 I was recognized as the Photographer of the Year by the Texas Associated Press.
