I do what with which hand and to whom?
(Jan. 28) No wonder I find Aikido so difficult. I can't even figure out which hands belong to me, let alone the grammar to describe it. I don't think any of these hands are mine, so I guess I'm relatively safe.
And for anyone who is interested, this is the start of a rather nasty wrist lock. The guy who will go down is the one on the left. The hands in the background belong to a student who is mimicking the technique. Jim was demonstrating the need to keep the technique low and directed toward the attacker's center -- after all, he still has a free hand and some feet to do some damage!
