365 Don't count the days, make the days count!
Oops Leap year, 366!

"365 Days" is a project I started on January 20, 2008. It's a photo-journal, I'll take pictures daily (that is the goal), choose one or two, and post it to this site semi-daily.
I am excited about the prospect of being able to look back and see my past year in photos. I hope to learn alot along the way about framing, lighting, perspective and timing (basically everything). I'd appreciate any pointers/tips you have to offer.

Don't be shy, leave a comment!

 > 163/366 PMC- The Pan Mass Challenge

The Pan-Massachusetts Challenge raises money for life-saving cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through an annual bike-a-thon that crosses the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Since its founding in 1980, the PMC has successfully melded support from committed cyclists, volunteers, corporate sponsors and individual contributors.
In 2007, the PMC raised $33 million, and since 1980, it has raised more than $204million for cancer research and treatment. In 2007, 100 percent of all funds raised by PMC riders went directly to the Jimmy Fund. Not one cent of each dollar raised through riders' sweat and determination was used for administrative and organizational expenses. The PMC is considered among the leanest of fundraising organizations in the nation today.

Last year I had the pleasure to ride in the PMC on the Pedals for Pediatrics team. Pedals for Pediatrics is a team of riders, many of whom work at Children’s Hospital or Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, dedicated to helping pediatric oncology patients and their families.

Below is a link to a talk that one of my teammates recently gave at a PMC event.
