We went up to Santa Cruz to visit our daughter, who had recently moved there. We really like the city. The downtown has a unique feel to it, with most stores being locally owned, or at least not chains. It was a gray day so the skies are not so great.
On the way home, we drove down the Coast Highway to see the scenery and the seals.
