Shifting Gears host the last training ride of the season for Team 100, followed by a send-off picnic, red dress and fashion show as well as a packing clinic.

Thank you to everybody for making this such a great, fun training season, and a special, big THANK YOU to Beth and Leslie for making this possible, keeping it going and all the support throughout the year.

Captain Steph, thank you for all the hard work for Team 100, from the beautiful website and apparel designs to the regular updates and all the official paperwork for so many of us.
