Our family could not be happier with Bob and his work. We came to Hawaii for the first time to celebrate our sons 8th grade graduation. When he starts high school in the fall, we realize family time together will be more and more precious. So we really wanted to commemorate this time in our family. Mahalo Nui Nui Bob‎ - We were introduced to Bob through my daughters friend when he took pixs of the girls and their dates at the MPI 09 Sr Prom. Those photos were the hooking point for us in securing Bob as Kylee's Senior Portrait photographer. We had actually already planned on using another very well-known photographer but God knew Bob was the one to help us capture our daughters graduation accomplishment. I quickly phoned Bob and he conducted a mini-interview over the phone which I was really impressed with. He asked questions which helped him to get to know Kylee better and wanted to know what she thought the "epitome grad photo" might look like for her. Bob is a true professional. He worked with me and my large family of 17 (8 of them are kids) in taking family pictures. He returned my phone calls & emails immediately. He was open to ideas and requests throughout the whole process (even after the pictures were taken). He was very patient with the kids, even towards the end of the photo shoot when all they wanted to do was play in the water. Most importantly, Bob was really good with following through to make sure that we were happy with the results. Now that is great customer service! Bob took pictures at my daughters 1st birthday party this past weekend. He was a true professional from start to finish, took beautiful pictures, and was simply a pleasure to work with. Our venue was somewhat dimly lit (Castle Memorial building at Bishop Museum) but in spite of this, Bob somehow managed to produce beautiful pictures. He worked well with our other vendors and completed processing of our pictures very quickly.
