Welcome to 'A New Leaf Photography'. The name may seem a bit curious, but it simply represents my desire to pursue a long-time interest I've had in photography since I got my first Pentax K1000 in high school.

As a 25-year radio broadcaster, radio has always been a love of mine because of it's ability to evoke emotions through the sense of hearing. Photography offers a similar challenge to create feelings through sight.

My wife Tracy and I live in St. Charles near St. Louis, Missouri with our two wonderful daughters. It's a great town that supports the arts and it's many small shops on Main Street. If you get a chance I recommend you spend a day or two in St. Charles, there's plenty to do!
