During the spring of 2008, Concord Academy (Concord, MA) teachers Matt Shapiro (chemistry) and John Pickle (physics and Earth Science) teamed up to see how well they could study crystal growth using timelapse photography. These movies are their test cases which led to the work of the Concord Academy Chemistry Club, led by Alex Moskowitz ('11) and Ebay Vaniyapun ('11), beginning in the fall of 2008.
