Josh & Jean are performing the admirable task of caring for the soil while growing delicious foods for our consumption. They, along with fellow gardeners, are begining the season by planting the cool weather crops of potatos and onions. Using an 80yrs old potato planter they got the job done in quick order. I was cool watching them work the soil efficiently and carefully with the "old" machine. It worked flawlessly! There are also "hands at work" mixed in. This IS a love of the land... way to grow!
