Leftquark > f/11, ISO 800, 1/60 sec, yet the trees don't seem to sharp.
Leftquark > ISO 200, f2/.8, 1/60 sec. Focused on the dog's eyes/nose area, yet they seem soft/out of focus!

Leftquark > ISO 1000, f/2.8, 1/8sec, No flash this time. 1/8sec photo made it blurry I think. I'm surprised that at ISO 1000, it was still only 1/8 of a sec. This was around 1pm, natural lighting, indoors.
Leftquark > ISO1250, f/2.8, 1/30 sec. 1/30 sec might be slow, btue the face is blurry again and that's where I focused
Leftquark > ISO1250, f/2.8, 1/30 sec This is the best one so far, focused on the face. Note, at f/2.8, it took me bumping up the camera to ISO1250 just to get 1/30sec exposure. Indoors, natural lighting, 1pm
