Aoraki / Mt Cook via Zurbriggens Ridge

Climbing Aotearoa's most coveted summit Aoraki / Mt Cook 3754m. Route Details -
Zurbriggens Ridge Grade 3+ 16hrs - started at 1.00am finished at 6pm. Highlights - getting onto the face over the overhanging 'shrund; the Scottish gully half way up the face; exhaustion, vertigo and hallucination below the summit rocks; the summit view making Mt Tasman look small; Warnock nearly falling down a slot; and, the bottle of Lindauer back at the hut.
