If you ever happen to spot me in a grocery store or farmer's market, I'll be the one standing perfectly still in front of a display of eggplant, picking up each and every vegetable, slowly turning it around in my hand and sighing with pleasure. There is nothing quite as inspiring as what comes from Mother Nature - fruits, vegetables, seashells, flowers. Stop and think about it; every day, we are in one big Art Gallery of spectacular creations, and we can't take the credit for it! I started photographing veggies and fruits years ago for a specific job, and they have now become one of my favorite subjects. They make perfect models, they hold very still while I'm shooting, and, well, they become my lunch afterwards! Bon appetit!
