Angophora costata in early summer
 > Mistletoe (Muellerina eucalyptoides)
This mistletoe grows primarily on eucalypts. Note how this species has adapted its leaves to closely mimic that of the eucalypts. Several other species do a similar thing with their favoured host. Actually this one was growing on a Angophora Costata, a species closely related to eucalypts. There is a move to have Angophora classified under Eucalyptus.
