Scouring through the internet, on will find majority of photos from Peyto Lake repetitious. The photos are always shot from the Bow Summit lot in the same fashion. They are gorgeous photos, but overdone in my opinion. On this day I opted to be a bit different and not shoot the lake at all. Instead I shot the sun setting just above the lake. The suns rays shot across the landscape as the glacier capped mountains received their last light.
