SmugMug > keywords > 008 > 93/365. This is another picture from my archives. This was taken in the mid 80's. the original is color. I scanned and then clicked and pushed buttons, until I can't remember what I did. I gave it a grainy film look. Lightened. added a sepia filter... etc.... I tried it in B&W, but this is the final look that I liked. I do like photographing old architectural details. When life gives you lemons, make lemon-aid. That is kind of how I see this time in my life. I could sit and pout and cry, and I do.... or I can do something about it. I also believe that in order to grow we have to experience adversity. To appreciate what we have we have to have the bitter with the sweet. PS. Fotomom. I know you were imaging a pretend story of who, what, where, when, why.... But the guy in the back with the brief-case is my 1st husband. He makes metal chains and stuff like that. The guy in front is one of his brothers. He now sells insurance.They were pretending to be gangsters, but I cannot remember why. They were all dressed up and I had to get a picture. I was out running errands and remembered that 16-years ago today, Roxcy died. Where has the time gone? It hit me while was driving and heard sirens.... I started crying. For a couple years after she died, I would hear sirens and cry. She was just 22-days old. Love you Darling, precious Roxcy.
