This is a closeup of a Glauca tree (Cunninghamia lanceolata). It's native to China. It has a neat spiral-y look to it. Interesting scientific name, too - perhaps someone named Lancelot Cunningham discovered it? Yeah... probably.

Edit: Thanks George! Looks like it was Dr. James Cunningham, back in 1702. The last part does sound like Lancelot, though, right?

Water drops on some leaves in the botanical gardens, from yesterday's storm. I like how the drops are clinging to the underside of the top leaf.
