_09/19/09_ Mickey's Fun Wheel
Today we went to Disneyland/California Adventure for my birthday! It's actually on Monday, but they still let me get a birthday button from Disneyland City Hall and everyone wished me happy birthday all day long! It's pretty great.
This photo is of Mickey's Fun Wheel in California Adventure. Half of the gondolas are normal, but the other half are swinging. It's kind of hard to explain, but they have their own rails in a kind of elliptical shape, so as the wheel turns, you slide down and swing back and forth. It's pretty fun, but if you get motion sick you should ride in one of the normal ones.
All in all we have a great time in both parks, despite being completely exhausted after 14 hours :)
