05-19-09: Cape Kiwanda, Oregon. South Overlook is on the north side of the Main Beach. There is a sign on the fence that warns of the dangers of the undercut cliffs. There are always those who think they are invincible (3 at the edge and 1 standing back). Of course, I am on the "other" side of the fence where I am supposed to be. (I try to follow directions some of the time) :-)
