SmugMug > keywords > crocker > Homemade Tiramisu Mon. September 14, 2009 (Day 113) Finally... I made my first tiramisu from scratch last night. I used Betty Crocker's recipe, very simple but sorry, Betty- I don't really like your tiramisu. It's too heavy & creamy. Next time, I'll use Mascarpone cheese instead of cream cheese; maybe Kahlua instead of Bacardi, and eggs instead of heavy whipping cream. Oh- and use the whole lady finger, instead of split them in half. Lesson well learned. Note for JP/agilitypics: I'm sure this is not as good as your tiramisu ;)
