SmugMug > keywords > ext > April 21, 2009 Rainy day fun with Macro... For this one I used some of my son's really old marbles for color and then added one of my pretty little porcelain trinkets.. This time I ended up with just the 20mm ext tube because I needed a bit more area covered. I kept it at f16 for better dof.
SmugMug > keywords > ext > April 19, 2009 This is the back side of the sledding hill behind our house. It gets shade most of the day and in the spring has these wonderful little blue flowers growing wild. Yesterdays macro (w/extention tubes) was from this hill.
SmugMug > keywords > ext > April 18, 2009 Wildflowers... ok...here it is. I used my extention tubes. Now I need some instructuons on what to do. I have 3 lenses..the tubes don't fit onto the wide angle 18 to 55mm so that one was out. Next I have a Tamron 18 to 250mm that I used Next I have a 70 to 300mm Canon IS that I used with the tubes (once) when I first got them 2 years ago. I shoot with a Canon Rebel XT My Ext tubes are a set - Kenko36mm..12mm and 20mm For this photo I used the the 18 to 250mm lens set at 250..with all three tubes attached. (w/tripod) I'm not totally unsatisified with the results but I don't have a clue what I'm doing. Thanks to JamesHill for getting me this far...
