This is another old scanned transparency, of a waterfall in North Wales. I took it many years ago, and it has spawned several different versions of itself since then. Using a long exposure to create the misty water effect is a bit of a cliche, but a beautiful one at that. This has a blue filter added in PP, and it also works well in sepia. I think PP is great so long as you are in control of it. In photoshop it is all too easy just to hit random buttons until you get an effect you like, and we've all done that! But where possible I like to think of a concept first, then try to work out how to bring it to fruition, I think we learn more that way round.
