Thank-you for the wonderful response to my ghostly collage yesterday, I hope it encourages a few people to try something similar for the first time. The original version of this image was taken at the same time, but I thought it would look better with a "ghost" walking up the steps. Last night I went back and took a few shots with me in them, but they didn't quite look how I wanted, something was missing. I eventually worked out that what was missing was the rain on the flagstones, giving a nice sheen in the lamplight. So I decided to re-work this image as B&W, and added a dark vignette to give a more claustrophobic atmosphere.

At the end of an insanely busy day what better thing to do than create something insane! As you know, I love playing around with movement in low light, and I couldn't find a better therapy this evening. All of these shots were single exposures of 5 seconds. I couldn't decide which to use for my Daily so I put them together like this.

View it as BIG as you can :)

There are 4 more shots from this evening here; http://www.lightanddreamsphotography.com/Travel/MY-HOMETOWN/4222541_LCXPH#705297971_BcAmy

After my Motion Challenge last Monday several people said "ooo that would look great at night", so here you have it, with the added bonus of fog! Needs to be seen very large. I took lots of shots in the fog yesterday and they are in a gallery here; http://johnloguk.smugmug.com/gallery/7216200_uAmk5#463573747_W9NEy the real fun starts after dark, hope you like them. There are some of my favourite images in there.

They are talking about snow for us at the weekend, but I'll believe it when I see it!

This is a taster of my Monday Challenge entry "Motion", which I'll be uploading later. This is straight out of camera, no PS witchery here. I'll link to the challenge entry later, have a nice day :)
