Meet Hero. He is a young (9month old) chow that was found roaming the streets with a broken leg. GFA was the last hope for this innocent dog. He was hours from being put down. According to the Vet who care for him and did surgery to repair his leg, Hero had been walking the streets with this injury that was at least 3 weeks old. A couple of surgeries were performed to repair his leg. Imagine the pain this innocent animal had to endure until he was rescued and treated. Happily Hero has a wonderful home that he shares with another Chow.
