A dove-tail fastening between thick metal plates in a retaining wall. Huron River, Ann Arbor. I especially liked the color coordination between the vegetation (seen in mid-October) and the rusted metal. The view is down into a well that is several feet deep between the wall and the earth bank, so some of the flowers are well below the top of the wall and out of focus.
