June 6 - The Municipal Building in Scarborough, Maine is a relatively new building in this growing suburb of Portland. It is a rare day, indeed, that I happen by here when the parking lot is completely vacant. I happened to catch a UFO flying over near the center of the photo. On closer inspection, I think the UFO is a seagull.
