Comarnic, 2007 This is the originar occupation - or job - of ancient Romanians, from Dacians onwards: making regular, cyclical (two per year) journeys with their sheep flocks between plane and mountains. This custom is still well implemented all over Romania, the sheppherds being well paid and providing good quality cheese and wool (depending, naturally, on quality and pollution of grass...) The habits of sheppherds are almost unchanged since...(since when, by the way ?!?)... anyway, their clothing being the same for at least that 2000 years officially claimed from Burebista, the king of Dacians.
