looking north across Dean Street
between Carlton and Vanderbilt Avenues
Prospect Heights
Brooklyn, New York

this stretch of Dean Street would be the southern border at the eastern end of the Atlantic Yards site.

this is looking north, with Vanderbilt Avenue to the right. the gray, metallic area in the lower right and left corners is the roof of the building where i took the photos for the panorama.

The Ward Bread Bakery Building, shrouded in scaffolding on the left, is currently being demolished for Atlantic Yards. most buildings in this shot (2 entire blocks bounded by Dean Street, Vanderbilt Avenue, Atlantic Avenue and Carlton Avenue) will be demolished and would make up about a third of the 22 acres of Atlantic Yards.
