This 35,000-square-foot Art Deco structure was built in the 1930s and includes four stories of office space, a ground-floor retail store, plus the former Ritz Movie Theater, which now houses a church. Herman Lentzner negotiated a 5-year lease for use of the ground-floor retail space in 1933 for $50,000.
