SmugMug > keywords > swiftwater > Members of the Kingsport Fire Department Tactical Rescue Team train in the Holston River off Netherland Inn Road and carefully climb out into the water Thursday morning. According to Senior Captain Jim Everhart, 21 members of the department train in three shifts of seven men in preparation for the rainy season in the spring. They perform monthly trainings for swift water awareness.
