Manly Beacon Faces Impending Storm, Death Valley National Park, California
4026 The Sand dunes and Amargosa Range in Death Valley.
Sunset at the Badwater Basin in Death Valley.
There was no way I could tell this entire story in one photo. Came upon this beetle about 35 feet up a sand dune. His tracks could be seen all the way from the bottom. Like he made it this far and then just pooped out and died. We saw another live beetle later, but this guy was clearly deceased.
