Bee Mimic - Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming

This is an image of a Bee Mimic I shot while in Grand Teton National Park harvesting nectar from an aster.  They are actually flies that mimic bees for the obvious reason of protection.
Pine White Butterfly - Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming

An image of the Pine White Butterfly (Neophasia menapia) on an Aster near Jackson Lake in Grand Teton National Park.  The butterfly got its name from the fact that the catepillars feed on pine needles.
