The entire time we were in Nicaraua I was constantly amazed by the variety of fruits, vegetables and other crops that they produced. I do admit that in some cases I didn't know what I was looking at, but the abundance was incredible. Nicaragua has long been an agricultural country that boasts large crops of bananas, sugar, tobacco, canteloupes, and more. Their soil is very fertile and enriched by the ash from several volcanos. In fact, Nicaragua has 19 active volcanos.
"So, if I'm cooking, I'll be steaming vegetables, making some nice salad, that kind of stuff." ~ Paul McCartney
That would be me too - I do love my veggies!
Tomorrow is Y day, I'm ready and looking forward to all the entries. This challenge has been so much fun, I hate to see it end. I'm still looking for Z - no luck yet.
Have a wonderful weekend!
