Marin Headlands Golden Gate Bridge
Taken In Canary Wharf, I'm standing toward the end of MacKenzie Walk, looking out across Heron Quay toward Jubilee Park and 10 Upper Bank Street.
This is a long exposure photo taken using a Lee Big Stopper (10 stop Neutral Density Filter), it allowed me to get an exposure during the day of 25 seconds which helped to smooth out the water in the foreground and smooth out the clouds in the background. I must admit I was hoping for a few breaks in the clouds and if the weather reports were anything to go by, this should have been the case but such is life and for me there was no blue sky to be seen.

I've been playing around with Nik Color Efex 4 since I got my update email from google giving me the whole collection for free (because I'd bought HDR Efex Pro 2 a few months ago). It's an awesome piece of software as are all the others in the collection and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I Spy Southend (from Margate)
Today we were in Kent with Russ Barnes.

We had a great time, starting at 0700 and running through to 1700.

This was my last shot of the day.

Adjusted White Balance on this version and increased fine detail using a Silver Efex layer in PS CS6
