Kirsty Watson & Conn Williamson have an Amel 53' 1982 Mango, named Jasmyn, which currently resides in Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Australia. They are working 600km from where they keep the boat on an inland cotton farm until they have enough 'cruising dollars' to sail away to the Pacific. [18R]

"The PortVisors are fantastic ... we put them on at Christmas and went out on the Bay for 4 days and had continuous rain. We were able to keep the portholes open and had great ventilation.

We are so happy with them and have mentioned them to all our sailing friends here in Australia. Thank you so much for the personal message in the package ... it really makes a difference to get wonderful service when purchasing goods. Keep up the good work."

A beautiful morning on the Brisbane river with the rising sun just behind the city giving the sky a nice warm glow. This image is another one in a series of mine where I am exploring the city at its most breath taking moments using the technique of HDR photography.

I have absolutely no idea why the clouds came out with this pink colour after the long exposure. I'm not complaining though I think it looks great. A shot from the 'Go Between Bridge' from Southbank in Brisbane. All images creative commons non commercial. www.ashmolephotography.com
