Thanks for the kind words on the pics. They were from a trip one Sunday morning last December when a couple of friends and I went to shoot sunrise at Annisquam light, but were faced with a cloudy sky, so we went to the Rockport factory location as a back-up. Glad we did, since I noticed the demolition and construction there lately. All my pics from that morning were shot on a Nikon D7000 with a 12-24mm nikkor. I shot between 7 and 11 exposures for each separated by one-stop. The bracketing was automated with the Promote-Control accessory. The bracketed shots were processed with Photomatix and finished in Photoshop.
I live near the Cape Ann Tool Co site and have seen so many photos over the years taken from the same vantage point. It is amazing how so many people can take the same photos with such varying results. Yours are the best by far. What camera and lenses are are you using? Which post production software?
