Cornelius and Olive Cole. Born 9/17/1822, Mr. Cole's is the earliest birth date I have found in Cornelius Cole, who lived to age 102, was a U.S. Representative from California for 2 years and a U.S. Senator for 6 years. For all the details, see his Wikipedia page. The Coles lived 7/10's of a mile NW of where they are buried at their ranch, "Colegrove". Fascinating to me, the ranch was not named for the Cole family, but for Mrs. Cole's maiden name, "Colegrove". Colegrove merged into what is now Hollywood.
