This was our second full day at sea. It stayed pretty foggy and little misty most of the day, but we kept ourselves occupied. The whole fam did a wine tasting because wine not?
Did you get it?
You got it.
It was a little strange, but we had a good time. Cameron discovered that he’s really into wine, I think. We even discovered a couple of wines that the whole fam really liked! We ended up ordering one at fancy dinner tonight. Speaking of fancy dinner, we all got dressed up and decided to actually get a picture taken this time–we skipped out on it for the first fancy dinner, which I think they officially call formal night.
I found one photographer with a decent lighting setup, so we opted for him. As it got closer to being our turn, I realized the setup was really geared for couples. No matter! All six of us squeezed into a picture together. At the photographer’s direction, we smashed all our heads together as close as possible so he could get a group shot, We are SO buying that print.
Formal dinner was great! They did some weird traditional Baked Alaska Parade thing, and it was all good fun. Tomorrow, we hit Victoria! It’s a town, not a person JEEZ why would you think we’d have a beating scheduled? Awful.
I almost forgot! During the day we all went to Club Fusion and played a game my parents brought called Name Three Things. It’s adult-y and gross like Cards Against Humanity, but each card says something like, “Name three body fluids,” and you have five seconds to do it. Obviously that game went haywire fast.
