In the two week before my trip to Scotland I must have seen at least 40 shots from these tripod holes by 40 different photographers. Some were good many were poor none were outstanding.
So when I got here I made just this one frame 1.5hrs before sunrise (14mm ISO100 73sec @f2.8) and then experimented with the new onOne perfect black and white software. I think its an okay shot but I have seen many better including my own shot from last year so what did I do next?
Simple after taking one frame of the classic view I spent the next 2hrs wandering this great location making many other shots and a timelapse. I don't know if there any good or not but that doesn’t matter I enjoyed the morning, the company I was with and just taking in the magnificent location.
