345/365 - "gift procurement madness"
when my kids were 2 years and younger, gift buying was a no-brainer... something drool-proof and chewable. now buying for teens is brutal and costly. reading their emotions is like reading the expressions of a professional poker player. my poor wife has done the majority of this hardship and i am useless on this front. can't i just throw gift cards at them and call it a day?
