One Fine Mess - Dew on milkweed floss
Posted August 30, 2016
A forecast of fog in the morning tempted me out into the sultry air of a humid summer morning, hoping for just such sights. I had to keep wiping away the perspiration that was dripping onto my camera's viewing screen, and wiping the condensate from the filter in front of the lens, but so what? Dew is a definite draw for a nature photographer.
Since my final post of the 'Dailies' was a shot of dew on a wildflower https://arctangent.smugmug.com/Dailies/2016-Continuing-the-DP-Journey/i-R3PgS8g/A), I thought it was appropriate to start this new gallery, which takes the place of my 'Dailies' gallery, with a different shot of dew.
