I was last April for the last time at this lake with the name Husemersee. It was time to revisit this accumulation of water. I was wondering how this little lake will look like, now that we have a temperature below zero degrees. And by the way … after one month only with rain and snow (someone could not decide between snow or rain, so we had both simultaneously) and without having made a single photo I really wanted to go out and made some small walks. In addition, my fingers itched. I had to press the magic button at the photographic camera again :-)
It is said that a journey of thousand miles begins always with a step. So I packed my backpack with everything I had on photographic equipment. I took everything with me … more or less felt 3’500 kg. I grabbed also our dog Giorgio, then several T-shirts (if I would fall again into a swamp), our dining table, the floor lamp, a couple of chairs, if visit came, all the food (lol) … then I left wife and children and went out …. ahhhh! How good this is, to feel again the fresh air.
The way to this lake was like a magical journey. Everything has changed. The colors seemed to be different than usual. Everything was soft and so pure. Therefore I want to post some shots from this lake and hope it’s not boring at all. Here you can see frozen reed and I thought to myself, in black and white the reed looks better than in color :-)
