2010年03月19日、コロラド州ボルダー市で夜に撮った山の写真。
ボルダーでは吹雪のあとによく晴れます。この写真を撮影した晩もそのような夜で、新雪に彩られた山や森を撮りに行こうと意気揚々と私は家の外にでました。夜中の12時前だったので、恐らく最高の景色に一番乗りだっと思ったら、既に人や犬の足跡が！！吹雪が去った真夜中に犬を連れて散歩にでる人たちがいる。ボルダーはそんな町です。

The sky often gets clear after blizzard in Boulder. This night was one of such nights. So I went out to take pictures of mountains and forest, hoping they would be covered with fresh snow. But every time I checked on the mountains even around midnight like that night there were already footprints and paw prints. People in Boulder really like taking a walk in the wild nature even in the deep of night. That's why I love that city!
