Göteborg (Gothenburg), Sweden (Sverige). Älvsborgsbron (Älvsborgs bridge). The hang bridge is the main connection over the Göta river (Göta älv). It spans 933 meters (about 2799 feet), the vertical columns point 107 meters (about 321 feet) up in the sky. The bridge opened in November 1966. Notice the Eriksberg harbour crane in the distance. Underneath the bridge vessels Fox Sunrise (built 2005) and Fox Luna (built 2008) are docked. These oil product tankers have Göteborg as homeport.
