Sunday, February 17, 2013 "FORMERLY OWNED BY SUGAR RAY LEONARD" "The difference between men and boys is the price of their toys." ~ Doris Rowland On display, although not for sale, was this black Bentley Turbo-R, which the current owner contends was formerly owned by boxing champion Sugar Ray Leonard. According to the information card, production was between 1985-1997, with 7,230 assembled in Crewe, Shire, England. This one is a 4 door Sedan and has a 6.75 L, Bentley 8 engine. Also, this model is related to the Rolls Royce Silver Spirit. I appreciate your comments on the "Headlight 2 " photo yesterday. After her medical education and a brief general practice, Jemison served in the Peace Corps from 1985 to 1987, when she was selected by NASA to join the astronaut corps. She resigned from NASA in 1993 to form a company researching the application of technology to daily life.
