For all you Photomatix HDR enthusiasts out there, Photomatix has a new upgrade to download that just rocks in my opinion. Downloaded and installed it tonight and am now wanting to go back and reprocess my HDR's. This is one from the past that I was really impressed with the new results. And for free. The price is right. And I thought I had to pack alot of crap around being a photographer.
Puget Sound driftwood one October morning in Des Moines WA. Fall and winter can look rather gloomy in the PNW if you don't have the right attitude. One has to love jackets and rain gear. Get out in it. :)
Slid my old fat ass down a muddy bank to get down into the creek to get this shot. The water was just trickling along so I used my Hoya 9 stop to get the minute and a half exposure for the water. Thankfully there was no breeze. I threw in Photoshop 6's oil paint filter in the processing. Kind of like it.
