    • How Deep Is the Ocean?
    • These pretty blossoms stood out for how pink they were.
    • At home, I listened to a choir sing the joyous words I felt: "i thank you God for this most amazing day" (Eric Whitacre, composer; e.e. cummings, poet).
    • Carrying an umbrella means you can enjoy being outdoors longer.
    • Though many petals have fallen, the remaining red star centers help intensify the overall color.
    • I thought I was going to leave the garden after lunch, but then more beauties came into view.
    • This is one of my favorite shots of cherry blossoms. I love the snow-ball shapes climbing a diagonal, the vibrant greens, the hints of daffodils, and the spots of bright clothing of other celebrants.
    • The sky was so blue.
    • As the sun climbed higher, the shadows became darker, sharper, and more dramatic.
    • Long branches filled with pink blossoms hung over the road by the tea house.
    • A yellow ball peaked out from its pink hood. Since wagashi are often seasonal, I wondered if this one was a stylized cherry blossom.
    • A woman bowed and set before me a bowl of matcha and a plate with a wagashi.
    • Those tightly trimmed bushes might be azaleas, the ladies next up on the spring floral program.
    • The flowers grow together in ball-like clusters.
    • Fresh greens revive us.
    • Towards noon, this great open space became a place for picnicing.
    • Spring – that time of year when blossoming trees become pointillist paintings.
    • In that tall building reside much of the technique equipment for NTT Docomo's cell phone service.
    • Two days ago the buds on this tree had still been closed. Look at her now!
    • The surrounding, darker greens allowed the pale trees to shine.
