This is of course synonym of a huge load of work and stress for the farmers who absolutely need to complete all these tasks before the rain arrives. But once this is completed comes the time for resting and celebrating the end of another year of harvesting, of hard labour. Then, between August 15th and 31st, many villages organize “harvest parties” and other agricultural shows which attract many visitors who want to feel the smell of countryside.
